Regular client Stephen George and Partners have appointed Salus for the building control on their new £1.7million headquarters to be built just outside of Leicester’s city centre.

The relocation will see their head office moving from Leicester’s London Road to Grove Park in Enderby and will follow a 6 month build schedule undertaken by North Midland Construction PLC.

The two storey new build has been designed to create open plan offices incorporating an open stairs and using the principles of BS999 to allow for greater travel distances, whilst an open plan layout at the first floor will create a large vaulted single space to provide light and volume within the design studio.

Given Stephen George and Partners specialisms in urban regeneration, master planning and architectural designs for offices, education, retail, residential and leisure facilities, we cannot wait to see the finished build.
