Project Description
This exciting project will transform the two College sites at Booth Lane and Lower Mounts Campus, both of which will involve state of the art, iconic public buildings.
The Booth Lane site will undergo total transformation with wholesale demolition of the current outdated accommodation making way for a 27,000m² purpose designed educational environment.
Salus have been appointed as Approved Inspectors and additionally are working closely with the design team from the pre-planning stage, offering direction towards compliance with the aim of delivering a smooth approval process.
Key features
This is an innovative design embracing high-level environmental sustainability and energy efficient technology. Using its fire engineering skills, Salus is assisting in developing the fire strategy.
