Thank you to all our clients for your continued support over this last year. We look forward to working with you in 2024. It’s been a year in which our whole industry has been dealing with changes to how we operate and and contribute to your projects, as well as one which was cause for celebration of our 20th year! Delve into the achievements, milestones, and heartening initiatives that define our journey at Salus.

Your presence and support have been pivotal in shaping our year.

It’s all about the name:

Salus are embracing the changes brought about under the Building Safety Act and Building Safety Regulations and are currently in the process of becoming Registered Building Control Approvers – the new name for Approved Inspectors.

As the profession has been recognised by the Building Safety Regulator as very skilled and highly important part of the building process the practice has been restricted and only Registered Building Control Inspectors will be able to carry out the role of Building Control, this is a move very much welcomed by Salus and we are in full support of Team Salus in obtaining their registrations.

New Service Available:

As Salus have a extensive knowledge and experience of Higher Risk Building schemes, which must now be submitted to the Building Safety Regulator, we are able to offer a consultancy role to assist with the developer, their design team and the contractor with their proposals prior to the submission to the Building Safety Regulator, for more information please contact your point of Salus contact or andrew.wignall@salusai.co.uk

Customer Satisfaction:

Discover our unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction! Witness how professionals like Daniel Rosenfelder of Rosenfelder Associates, Chris Hobson of Ideal Building Systems and others have consistently scored us ‘outstanding ratings’, rating our service as ‘excellent’.

Celebrating Milestones:

This year we have been honoring exceptional individuals like Steve Moore, Julia Dale, and Phil Castagnette for their decade-long dedication to Salus. We also celebrated Rita Raven’s 20-year journey with us, each milestone signifies a legacy of commitment and growth and all these individuals have been integral to the continued growth and excellence of Salus.

Fire Safety with Salus:

Our Fire Safety experts are going from strength to strength. During the last year we have had the privilege of working on multi-storey schools and hospitals. Our commitment to excellence has earned us recognition from a range of clients, including Tier 1 contractors and the public sector. We are grateful for the trust they have placed in us and remain dedicated to continuing to deliver exceptional results.

20th Anniversary Celebration

What a wonderful way to celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we could not have asked for better weather as we cruised along the Thames whilst enjoying good food, a few drinks and great company, without whom we could not do what we do.

Some amazing facts and figures with Salus turning 20 in 2023, we have grown from 128 projects in 2003/04 with a value of £118K to 2912 projects in 2022/23 with a value of over £7.81M, in the twenty years of providing compliance without complexity we have provided our services on over 54,500 projects with total fees in the region of £78.4M.

This is an incredible achievement which can only be attributed to the teams hard work, professionalism and dedication! Thank you one and all for making this happen!
