Merry Christmas from Salus Approved Inspectors

Year in Review 2022

Salus have continued to provide Building Control Approved Inspector services, Building Control Consultancy and Fire Safety Consultancy throughout the challenges of 2022 and have assisted our clients in delivering over £4.5bn worth of exciting and complex construction projects across all sectors.

Management Restructure

During 2022 our teams adapted well to the recent restructure of the internal management structure with the implementation of our senior management team of James Emery and Steven Cooper as regional Directors, being responsible for the Strategic and Technical Delivery and Andrew Wignall as our Corporate Business Director, supported by the Associate Directors Nathan Bryant, Rory Smith, Steve Moore, Colin Winton and Nigel Parkinson, who now have more defined roles and areas of expertise. This has enabled the Directors to have a much more focused role on the management of the company ensuring that the Business continues to meet our clients’ expectations

Fire Safety

Our Fire Safety Consultancy has developed and grown with the appointment of Stuart Bourne, Joe Nims and Colin Tooke, all very talented and experienced fire Safety Consultants, and we can offer services on buildings up to 5 Storeys high across all sectors and building forms, from inception through to completion including fire safety site inspections to ensure the buildings align with the strategy, should you require any information on our Fire Safety Consultancy please email firesafety@salusai.co.uk. We have provided our services on numerous Educational Establishments, residential schemes, Healthcare schemes, offices and custodial premises. Salus were awarded a coveted Design Consultants Quality Award by a major client for our work as Fire Safety Consultants

Customer Satisfaction

We are continually reviewing our services and striving to improve our client’s experience, part of this process was to launch a new simple to use interactive customer satisfaction survey, which reaches out to all those involved in our commercial projects to gain valuable insights to how all the parties thought we performed and to use the feedback to refine our services and delivery. We are averaging 4.62 stars out of 5 and continue to improve the services based upon the feedback. We thank you all for your continued support in this valuable feedback.
