As the industry continues to react and develop to the recent events regarding Fire Safety, amendments have been made to the primary guidance document ‘Approved Document B – Fire Safety’ which will be coming into force on the 1st of December 2022.

These changes will affect many types of buildings in terms of their construction, use and fire safety provisions The amendments and changes are a combination of minor tweaks to far reaching changes which will have implications the design & Construction of your projects. These changes include cladding, building attachments, fire services provisions for flats over 11m, changes to many diagrams and tweaks to the guidance.
