It’s all about the name:

Salus are embracing the changes brought about under the Building Safety Act and Building Safety Regulations and are currently in the process of becoming Registered Building Control Approvers Ð the new name for Registered Building Control Approvers.

As the profession has been recognised by the Building Safety Regulator as very skilled and highly important part of the building process the practice has been restricted and only Registered Building Control Inspectors will be able to carry out the role of Building Control, this is a move very much welcomed by Salus and we are in full support of Team Salus in obtaining their registrations.

New Service Available:

As Salus have a extensive knowledge and experience of Higher Risk Building schemes, which must now be submitted to the Building Safety Regulator, we are able to offer a consultancy role to assist with the developer, their design team and the contractor with their proposals prior to the submission to the Building Safety Regulator, for more information please contact your point of Salus contact or andrew.wignall@salusai.co.uk
