Karl Kinchin has joined the Salus Registered Building Control Approvers at our successful Leyburn office where he will be working alongside Steven Millar to deliver expert advice to clients in County Durham, Yorkshire and the North East Region.

Karl, has been concentrating on domestic clients in his previous job role.

He joins Salus as one of their project managers and brings with him an extensive trade background where he worked as a plasterer before retraining as an Approved Inspector at University.

Karl said “I am delighted to be working with the team at Salus and know my knowledge of the domestic sector will compliment the commercial skills of my colleagues.”
