GDPR and data protection update

We have made some changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Businessto align with the new data protection law, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) introduced on 25 May 2018, which provide additional clarity regarding how we collect, store and process your information.  The changes don’t alter the way we use and protect your personal information, but make it easier for you to find out how we use it.

Personal Data – In order to carry out our contractual obligations with clients, Salus collects and processes information that meets GDPR’s definition of ‘Personal Data’.

We have produced a client statement which details the Personal Data that Salus collects and the processes in order to comply with the new GDPR regulation.
