Salus Registered Building Control Approvers are delighted to have been chosen as building control Approved Inspector for the £multi – million redevelopment of the Dr Oetker production facility in Leyland, Lancashire.

Working with expert food production contractors – Clegg food projects and project managers/ concept designers Meller Project Services the proposed development comprises of a two-storey extension to the existing production facility erection of a cold store extension, erection of a three-storey office and amenity building to the front of the production facility, relocation of existing sprinkler tank and flour silos together with the erection of a single storey pallet store.
