Salus are proud to be working with Th3Standard on their high quality schemes providing high end retail stores including Swarovski, Cadenzza and Oliver peoples to name a few.

Salus recently provided building control on one of Th3 Standards Swarovski schemes in the heart od Covent Garden. This particular scheme provide a challenge between security and means of escape together the complexities of working within existing buildings within the central Covent Garden location. Salus have balanced the needs of ensuring a safe means of escape for the staff and customers whilst ensuring that the staff have a secure environment.

Existing buildings always provide a challenge for means of escape and fire safety generally as the buildings are do not comply with current standards and various changes and alterations to the buildings in the past present issues when a fitout is carried out. However Salus worked closely with the design team th3standard and the contractor Optimum to ensure that the client’s expectations were realised and the building complies with the relevant requirements under the building regulations.
