Martin Snell has joined the Salus team in their new HQ office in Hinckley and brings over 25 years of experience to the Salus name.

Martin, a member of RICS has worked for various Building Control bodies in the past within both public and private sectors.  Martin has a wide range of experience in all types of development with specialist focus on major projects including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Education and Mixed use Leisure schemes. Martin is also qualified and experienced in fire safety management and fire risk assessment.

Martin said “Its great to be on board at Salus, I have always placed importance on providing a professional and customer focused approach to service delivery and this is very much in line with the ethos at Salus.  I have been appointed as project manager to support a number of projects and clients across the region.”

Andrew Sharman has been appointed as a Project Manager at Salus’ Hendon office, which covers the Greater London area.

Andrew has worked on a variety of Building Surveying projects including several for the London Underground. He worked for the Royal Borough of Greenwich from 2015. Andrew qualified in Building Surveying, with honours, from the University of Reading in 2012.

Andrew said “Joining Salus at this exciting time in their development, with their commitment to customer satisfaction and broad range of clients is a fantastic opportunity and I look forward to working with the Greater London team.”
