Salus (Building Control & Fire Safety Consultants) Ltd are
licensed by the Government through the Construction Industry
Council to operate as Corporate Approved Inspectors under the
Building Act 1984.
This designation gives us the authority to approve and certify
building works for compliance with Building Regulations in place
of the Local Authority Building Control throughout England and
Wales.
In addition to our main core service as Approved Inspectors
for Building Control, we also offer a range of associated specialist
services including, Fire Safety Consultancy, Fire Engineering,
Fire Risk Assessment, Expert Witness, Disabled Access Audit
and CDM Co-ordinator.
