Planning Gateway 1 and Building Regulations

An essential hour long, free CPD Webinar, to advise our clients for the implications of Planning Gateway 1 and Building Regulations.

From 1st August 2021 various developments require additional information at planning stage to demonstrate that the design team have taken into account the complexities of the fire safety legislation and guidance within their proposals. There is now a requirement to provide this information and must be completed by an independent Fire Safety Specialist or someone who can demonstrate their competency.

This applies to all parts of England and some authorities are requiring this information on all significant Planning Submissions.

At this lunchtime  CPD webinar Salus will provide an insight to the requirements, the information required, the format of submission and the design team’s responsibility to provide this information at planning stage. Salus will also discuss how we can assist you with your schemes.

Please reserve your place below for this high demand event.

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session with our expert staff supported by Cartwright Communications. Questions can be submitted using the Q&A button. There is no charge for this Webinar.
