Salus Approved Inspectors were pleased to be appointed for a new £5.5M development comprising a main building housing North Yorkshire’s largest livestock auction mart with restaurant, business units, college facility and separate commercial business units.
Thirsk Rural Business Centre is situated on a 20 acre site, on the outskirts of Thirsk.
The Centre was proposed not only as a new home for the auction mart, but as a centre point for rural businesses and education establishments.
