GDPR and data protection update

We have made some changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Businessto align with the new data protection law, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) introduced on 25 May 2018, which provide additional clarity regarding how we collect, store and process your information.  The changes don’t alter the way we use and protect your personal information, but make it easier for you to find out how we use it.

Personal Data – In order to carry out our contractual obligations with clients, Salus collects and processes information that meets GDPR’s definition of ‘Personal Data’.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we, Salus Building Control & Fire Safety Consultants Limited, collect, store and use information about you when you use or interact with our website, (our website) and where we otherwise obtain or collect information about you. Please see the link below to read our policy which was updated effective from 25th May 2018.

The updated documents (which we encourage you to read) became effective on May 25th, 2018. If you continue to use Salus after May 25th, 2018, you do so under the new terms and policies.

We have produced a client statement which details the Personal Data that Salus collects and the processes in order to comply with the new GDPR regulation.
