consultations with Fire and Water Authorities and structural

via fax/e-mail/post as preferred. Issue of Plans Certificate
if requested. |

Site inspections in accordance with DETR (now
DCLG) Building Control Performance Standards with additional
inspections upon request or as necessary to monitor progress.
Feedback and reports on non-compliant work along with advice
and input on design amendments; |

Upon satisfactory completion of work, issue
of Final Certificates to the Client, Local Authority and
Fire Authority. |
