The ProCon Leicestershire Awards returned on the 17th November and Salus, once again, were proud Corporate Sponsors and Patrons. The annual sell-out event was the 14th showcase of the industries achievements and still stands as the county’s biggest celebration of the built environment and the people and companies who develop, design and construct award winning local developments.

Over 600 industry professions attended and gathered to support and acknowledge the multiple achievements of the industry with 6 award categories, encompassing the full range of projects taking place in and around the Leicestershire and Rutland Area.

This year’s award categories included; Small Residential, Large Residential, Small Non-Residential, Large Non-Residential, Regeneration Project and Sustainable Development with 3 finalist in each. Amongst this year’s Finalists were 3 outstanding projects that Salus are proud to have  had involvement in as Building Control providers; Brooks House, Oadby, a Goliath Developments scheme, The Maltings, Sileby by regular client Hazelton Homes and Welford House, Leicester by Spearing Waite.

As always, it was a thoroughly enjoyed night by all and all 18 Finalist faced stiff competition with each and every scheme a worthy winner. Whilst our condolences go out to those finalist who weren’t crowned this year, our huge congratulations go to the 2016 ProCon winners.
