Salus were proud to be appointed as Building Control Approved Inspectors on the development of a new £multi- million, 17,000sq ft Victoria Park Medical Centre, primary care facility in Leicester.
Part of a continued roll-out programme Assura Group has begun building the Victoria Park Medical Centre, Leicester designed by West Hart Partnership Architects.
The new facility has been designed to incorporate a number of environmental features including a ‘bio-diverse’ roof, with native grass and wildflowers.
Internally the building has been desiged to provide a therapeutic and welcoming environment for patients from the nearby university and local residents, a pharmacy will also operate from the building.
