Salus Approved Inspectors were proud to be appointed for the construction of a new Head office building at Hengrove Park, Bristol – Project Rowan, for Constellation Europe Limited, who are one of the largest drinks retailers in the world.
This prestigious building consists of three storeys of office areas and staff facilities, with a central atrium street linking all parts of the building.
Features
Proposals were developed for both active and passive evacuation strategies.
The development is expected to be complete ready for occupation in December 2009.
The new reception and entrance area incorporates two new platform lifts to enable all users to gain access to and use the premises.
