It was full speed ahead at our corporate go karting debut on June 1st where we were joined by regular clients, BRP Architects, RG+P Ltd, Pick Everard, Staniforth Architects, Next, Westleigh Homes and Ducati Cup rider Sam Middlemas.
After a short safety briefing and kitted out in overalls and helmets it was time to take to the track. The 27 strong group, split into teams of 3, thrashed it out over the tracks, endurance style, and 2 sessions and wave of the chequered flag later the race was over and the track times were tallied.
Salus only just managed to scrape a podium finish thanks to being part of a 3 man team with BRP Architects who together placed 3rd. The Westleigh team swept into 2nd place whilst is was the Staniforth guys who triumphed into 1st place with the fastest lap times and Staniforth’s Shane Anderson winning the title of fastest driver. The evening was a roaring success and thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended.

Proactive in all we do, Salus plan on getting some practice laps in before taking to the tracks again next year to challenge our podium position.
