Geoff Bromfield has joined Salus Approved Inspectors: Dursley team of experts and brings valuable experience to the organisation having worked as both customer and building control professional.
After six years in building control early in his career, Geoff joined a national Home Extension company before starting his own architectural consultancy working on mainly domestic projects throughout the south west, and proceeding through a number of CAD packages until settling on Revit which has now become one of the market leaders in the BIM market. Frustration with the slow adoption of advanced CAD in the marketplace led to a temporary Building Control posting in the early 2000’s and he’s not gone back to the design side since.
The temporary post turned into ten years with a Local authority, before joining a local Approved Inspector in order to expand the range and scale of projects, include multi-storey projects throughout the country. Geoff’s extensive experience as both customer and provider has helped in providing a first class service on all projects.
