Having ownership of a project from inception to completion is one of the reasons why Salus has such a low turnover of staff.  By giving our staff autonomy and control over their projects and by actively supporting team working, our internal and external relationships have flourished resulting in job satisfaction for our staff and repeat projects from our clients.

Salus have an established broad banded pay structure which encourages flexibility.  We strongly believe in recognising and rewarding your contribution to our success and operate our performance pay and bonus scheme which is actively supported by monthly performance management meetings. 

In addition to the statutory 8 days public holiday, Salus operate a standard 25 days annual leave plus 3 additional concession days holiday which are used over the Christmas/New Year period.

Staff have the choice of taking up a vehicle through our lease car scheme or can utilise their own vehicle and receive our car allowance package.  All of our lease vehicles are designed for your comfort and as a minimum the vehicles are fitted with blue tooth technology, satellite navigation and air conditioning. 

In support of our professional development policy, Salus will pay for two professional fees in connection with building control and fire safety organisations.

At Salus we have a diverse workforce and have taken the decision not to create salary packages and circa benefits. Our reward structure is based on providing freedom to make choices from the competitive salary and bonus that we pay.

We actively support and monitor Continued Professional Development and have allocated substantial funding to ensure that all staff receive quality training on recognised courses to ensuring their skills are up to date.
